Pays $30 a month to have a white blank screen, nothing screams more convenient than not being able to use the app that controls 90% of the things in the house.... đ every time I call about the issue I'm left on hold for 3 hours and never get a call back... do better please. UPDATE!! sent two emails and another phone call in still the issue has been resolved this is quite unacceptable....

I pay extra every single month to have a "smart home", just because there's a thermostat I'm supposed to be able to adjust from my phone. I used to be able to do that. but then they updated the app and now I can't even adjust the temperature from my phone. SO what's the point in paying extra every single month? Not very Smart Home, if you ask me.

App will not load (s24 ultra, android ver 16, UI ver. 8.0) making it near impossible to submit or track work orders as the only way to do so are via the app or by phone (their call tree is frustratingly bad and often directs you to the wrong dept or to the text message option despite never choosing that option). For God's sakes, invest more money in your tech if that's the main means of comms.
