The USO application is aimed at employees who are provided with convenient tools to make bookings on their own and manage them afterwards. The system is great for automating repetitive office processes, which has a positive impact on reducing costs for the organisation. Smart Office was designed for hybrid work, when employees are in constant rotation and the number of desks, parking spaces or other resources to be managed by the USO is limited.

Standalone Smart Office modules
1) URVE Desk - booking of desks and scheduling of office visits,
2) URVE Room - booking of meeting rooms with the option to order catering and equipment,
3) URVE Park - booking of parking spaces,
4) URVE Locker - booking and management of employee lockers with parcel machine functionality,
5) URVE Others - booking of any items important for office work, e.g. cars, bikes, laptops or keys.

Integration with Microsoft tools
The system works with the most popular Microsoft® solutions (Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory), thus ensuring maximum security and privacy for your organisation's internal data.

Company employees can make bookings using the following tools:
- Mobile application (iOS/Android)
- Web application
- Microsoft Outlook (dedicated plug-in)
- MS Teams
- MS Sharepoint

We will deliver the system in a business model convenient for you:

- SaaS
