Absolutely dreadful app. My family has had a Udrive card for years now, it's great to get a discount on gas while grabbing some treats, and I wanted to give the Udrive+ thing a try. Little did I know, it would lead to a multiday fiasco that ended with me having to use another family member's phone since the app will always close itself when trying to login with my info, and then log me out of the app. Great system they had until it went full digital and phased cards out.

Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app to get it to load. I've been using the app for years- this wasn't an issue before. Every Wednesday when a new freebie shows up, or whenever I'd like to see how much cents I'll save on gas, the app just spins. It won't fully load until I uninstall and reinstall it. What the heck happened? I have a Ulefone Armor 18T android device with Android 12, so I know it's not my device causing this. Edit: It's been three months and I still have to do this...

Like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", because this app used to work very well...Until sometime late last year, when there was an update or something. I haven't been able to get my Wednesday freebies anymore because I get stuck in a vicious cycle of trying to sign in, even after updating my password, deleting & re-adding the app, etc. Because of this & the environment at my closest UDF going to hell in a handbasket, I'm deleting the app & will take my business elsewhere. 👎
