PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.

Ratings and reviews

It is a nightmare trying to change anything in the app. I can't manage all my card setting from a single page, in a normal way just like how all the other banking apps do. Instead, you have to select the sub option for changing the limits contactless payment, POS or whatever and enter the card details manually to change them. And yes it is limits, not even an option to switch on and off the feature. I can't switch off contactless, I can only change the limit in multiples of 1000. That is dumb.

To update nominee, it takes a long time to edit dob as year can't be edited by just putting number, rather one has to tap the month tabs several times to reach the required year. By the time, you complete the nominee details and submit, the system shows it is unable the process the same now . Then while to enter the data of city of residence for nominee, option onlyfor selected citiies displayed and that too not matching to PIN code provided. Horrible experience.

Very bad app.. 1. Takes soo much time to load. 2. Doesn't allow taking screenshots for sending payment proofs. 3. Doesn't show payment status in transaction history. 4. Payments go under processing for long time and we get no proof of successful payments made. Mark my words u will regret using this app.
