Got a new phone now can't log in Worked on my old phone except for occasionally rejecting checks. Got a new phone today, can't log in. Verified my login info with my laptop, it is correct. With numerous complaints about this, Fairwinds you should listen to your customers, I am calling Wells Fargo on Monday to switch banks, I just don't have time for this crap
Can't believe such a great bank with such a great website has such a completely garbage mobile deposit app. It takes the picture in black and white for starters, if you actually line it up like it says to do it wont capture all the numbers on the check. Half the time when you take a picture of the back of the check it says "image background is too light, please take again", well i'm taking a picture of a white check on a dark mahogany desk so i'm a little unsure of what the issue is, lighting is great... i dunno, this app pretty much sucks, USAA is my secondary bank and their deposit app is the best i have ever seen, many other banks have nice apps too, whoever is in charge of this app needs to find a new job and let a team that knows what they are doing take over and fix this mess. It also doesn't save your username which is a MAJOR pain, i constantly have to look it up since its long and manually type it in every time. Avoid this app.
Sucks Same as everyone else. Wont log in. And before anyone else says something stupid, yes I know what my user name and password is.
Not very good!! Not very good hang to take to many pictures for one check please work on this.
SUCKS! Tells me my log in info is incorrect, yet the same login info works fine on my computer.
Won't Sign On I know for a fact that my login and password are correct, but it continuously rejects it.
