Still does not work Even with the last update, always holds for review and then rejects it. Why don't you not accept the image up front so I don't have to keep submitting? I deposit checks in BMO Harris' app without a problem every time.
Has yet to work. The image is impossible to get. The lighting is never bright enough. If you try to correct this problem, you cast a shadow on the check (camera blocks the light source) or if you put the light in front of the camera then the light source (light bulb, lamp, whatever) blocks the camera's view of the check. It is seriously defunct.
Log in? Offline? Fix this!!! I am logged in online and in my credit union's app! A waste of space!
Quicker Than Using My Scanner My multi function printer died the other day. I no longer live near the credit union to deposit. I logged in my account on my phone and downloaded the app. Completed the entire process, including downloading the app, in a couple of minutes. Will continue to use my phone. I didn't use the bank app to access my account. I read reviews of some having issues with the bank app. Logged on directly by typing in the web address.
Offline This worked once for me. Only once, continues to say 'Offline'when I am logged in. Not convenient at all.
Offline It stays offline even when I am logged in to the bank app. It's impossible to deposit now with this funky apps I have 2 checks that can't be deposit, and this is suppose to be convenience for the customer.
