Error after update fixed by uninstall restart reinstall Recent update, could not log in any more, stop and error message every time, uninstalled, restarted device, reinstalled. Works again.
Balances? No longer gives option to see balance without logging in. No longer saves username and password for easy login. Must type in both every time now. Not very convenient since this started. At least give the option again
Used to be great, now it's useless Between the Marshmallow update on the note 5 and the update to this app, I can no longer even login to RBFCU using the app. It won't save any information and even when I type it in, it still doesn't work. I can login on the actual website, but not using the app.
Needs additional features 1. Need to be able to block or unblock a debit / credit card in case it gets lost or stolen. This adds huge security value to the app because the bank is not always open when such events occur. 2. Need to be able to order new cards from the app as the same reasons for above. I do not hate the app I rated it so low so that they would get the suggestions. This is an excellent place for banking needs!!!
Update issues Will not let me log back in.. even after I shut down phone and restart???? Wassup???
Not working I have used this app for years and loved it, especially since I moved and there's not a rbfcu where I live. Now it won't let me login I have tried restarting my phone reinstalling the app but nothing works. It keeps giving me an unknown data alert.
