Shoddy photos, flagged checks The only problem wif this app is the camera software. You have to take as many as 20 photos to get one that the app likes. Even high MP cameras like the S4 don't mesh well wif the app. Prepare to have your checks held for review always.
Can't view checks on LG G3
App is fine, widget needs work... Widget sometimes gets stuck while refreshing when I'm trying to get an updated balance.
App is not fine... If you feel that because the don't crash it's okay, you may need to see what the other local guys are offering. This CU still lives in the 90's and their technology reflects this fact. Most back office work is done manually, fine if all you want is to keep jobs, but it's a pain for the member community. Very nice customer service but the wait during the day is impossible, so, emergency contact? Think again. Are you awaiting for a loan response? Expect to call them, you are unlikely to be called back.
App could be better I recently switched from USAA and I miss their app. It was easier to log in and was also easier to review each account. Rather than having to select multiple sections to see various pending and transactions; It was all in one section for each account. I switched to RBFCU because I find it is a better bank. However, I really miss USAA's app. Please consider researching and exploring their layout and consider switching.
