Getting worse Bill pay is incomplete. When I receive a e-mail notification about arrived e-bill, I would expect to be able to pay this bill in mobile app, but it's not available, you have to use desktop version to do it. Message center also disappeared.
Its the little things The APP keeps crashing every time I close out a message. Its very frustrating to sign in multiple times during one session. It would also be great if the bill pay would say what is due for the month. I have to sign on to the full site for the amount of the bill. I would also like to be able to hide old billing accounts.
Transfer memos? App is great. The only thing missing (for me) is memos. I would like to include a memo when making a transfer between my accounts, and also be able to view a memo attached to an existing transaction
Utterly useless If I could give it less than one star I would. - Warning ⚠ since the last update install it won't even run. "Working" again. Had to reinstall it twice - great work morons. Check deposit still doesn't work. I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews are by the guys who work for the app company and therefore bs.
Every single time I login I select to store my login information. Every single time I re-start the app, my login information is gone. I also have to verify the last four of my social every single time. I have also tried to select "use fingerprint verification". Same issue. It is really really really annoying to have to type in the information every time. I have a master password on my phone, I shouldn't have to deal with this every login.
Finally works again After forever, they fixed the app AND made it better. I am disappointed about the wait time but it works now. I like the fingerprint scanning to log in.
