Never should have updated... I heavily use this app to check my account before paying my bills throughout the month and it was working really well until the update. Now I can no longer see any of my recent transactions and don't know if one or any of my major bills has come out yet and until I do I can't pay the lesser ones. Guess I will have to use the computer... If you haven't updated don't.
I definitely liked the old layout better. I'm not sure this was an "upgrade" as much as it was just redesigned. I've gotten used to the new layout, even though it's more cumbersome. I feel like you have to take one or two extra steps to do everything on this newer version. Also, the big reason for only 3 stars is that probably 30% of the time I log in I cannot access my checking account transaction history. This completely defeats the purpose of having mobile access to my account. This is the biggest issue I'm seeing and needs addressed ASAP.
Like one of the most popular saying goes, "If it's not broke, don't fix it"! Like the old one much better. This one is hard to navigate and get to important information quickly. Gave this 3 stars instead of lower because, we have been with Psecu for over 20 plus years and we love our bank.
Good app Easy to use, quick access to account, i have installed on my galaxy core prime and my galaxy tab4. Only 4 stars because on my core prime it will not remember my online ID so I must input PIN and password on that device. It does remember the ID on my tablet. I'll give 5 stars if it starts to remember my ID on phone :)
Runs horrid since upgrade Not sure why they did an upgrade without getting more end user feedback. Too many extra button clicks. It defaults to a different home page then you have to click twice to see your quick balances. The spacing between lines is larger so you see less transaction lines. And my biggest pet peeve is that whenever I want to see more transactions, half the time it displays 'No Transactions'. Just full of irritating functionality. At least my tablet has the older version.
Upgrade? More Like Downgrade. I can't get the app to work for me at all. It won't let me deposit any of my checks, no matter how many times I force stop the app and reopen it. I had close to a 100% success rate of using the app prior to this "upgrade." Sure, it looks pretty and super businessy but the actual functionality of the app seems unnecessarily complex and without any working order. Extremely frustrating, especially since I relied very heavily on the app before it took a dump on me.
