So frustrating! My Vodafone app hasn't worked for about the past year. I have reloaded it to no avail. I have had several fruitless chats online with reps. I can't top up on the app so have to go one each time and re-enter my details. On holidays now and get a text telling me to use the app- what a joke! Definitely looking into moving provider.

Sorry to hear this, Could you please try clearing the Play Store cache on your device. This will be located within Settings app -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage and Cache. Then restart the Play Store app.

Terrible app. Slow to load anything to the point of thinking its frozen or broken. (Getting 150mbs down so the fault is not on my side). The chat bots are awful. The "agents" are essentially bots based on their identical responses. The features aren't helpful and are incredibly limited. Seems like the UK get all the features I want but maybe that's an Ireland problem not Vodafone. So far my experience with Vodafone Ireland as a whole has been terrible.

Worst app ever. Works great until you log out and need to sign in again. Constantly tells your you've put in wrong password when you haven't and won't send u the token to reset password. Just been blocked from my account again Coz app doesn't remember my password.
