As we could not connect the second time we tried we just gave up and called it a day and I just sent the hearingaids back before my trial was up I was on day 5 of my one week free trial. We connected just fine on the first go and the connection was great 👍but on the second go a few days later it would not connect. I think it was due 🤔 to human error.

There's nothing like care in this app as the icon keypad circulating taking test of the patience and wasting precious time of the customers. Even my dealer spent a lot of time and couldn't solve the issue.

Like all widex apps and products its next to useless, been trying for weeks to get connected but it's not playing at all. As for the hearing aids themselves for the price of them not worth the plastic there made out of, sorry but ime one dissatisfied customer.
