App is buggy. You can't get past the login screen, even with the correct user name and password. I like the idea of the point system but why can't it not work concurrently with the website since it's the same account? Why can't I input the SO on the website? The app is horrible but if you make it also accessible on the website then I might be more inclined to participate.
Good Idea, but buggy The app is good when it works, but often did not. It would not accept a username/password that was correct. It crashed every time a certain order was redeemed to the point that I had to have a labmate with an iPhone do it. I sent in several bug reports, but the problem persisted.
Not so great As a rewards program this seems pretty half baked. Not sure why it had to be a mobile only thing. So, after you've placed your order you then have to go to your mobile app and type the order number into a separate rewards account. This should be a part of your existing Invitrogen account so it can retrieve your orders and apply points without the extra hoopla. Also, there are very few product categories that even qualify for points, and the rewards aren't clearly outlined. Improvements needed!
waste of time you enter a bunch of info and then get told your sales order isn't eligible for the rewards program.
Idea is great but can't log in anymore For some reason the app no longer recognizes the username and login, although they are correct. This is a great idea for researchers but this app makes it frustrating to try to log in the purchased products
