You had one job! This app is broken on Android and iOS. Attempted to use the instant transfer function and it loaded a blank page repeatedly. Re-loggesd in, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app (iOS & Android) but it still was not functional. I had to pay a $25 fee to use my personal bank to wire the funds because what should be a very simple app can't even do the ONE thing, it's supposed to do.

Horrible app for several reasons: NOT intuitive, gave directions but missing several key points, I entered an address and the app kept inputting my gps location. One good thing is that they did solve the issues relatively quickly otherwise I would have given it a zero if I could. It would be easier just to go down to the title office and hand the check over. Very frustrating.

I downloaded this app to make an earnest money payment. It is truly an awful app and the one star reviews are well deserved. The UI is poor, which is not that big of a deal to me, but the central issue is that it simply does not work. Every time I go to take a photo of the check for the deposit, one of three things happen: 1) The camera doesn't open and an error message pops up, 2) The camera loads and then an error message pops up, 3) The camera loads, snaps a photo and then crashes.
