Ratings and reviews

Lately I find the updates make no sense. For example today I looked at the Canadian rate when the market was closed and supposedly had the latest reading. And now, a few hours later the rate changed after trading hours in Canada. And the rate may even be lower or higher than the official closing rate. I have even seen the rates changing over weekends when there is no official trading. I'm not sure where this app gets its information from.
