About this app

AppMgr (also known as App 2 SD) is a totally new design app that provides the following components:
★ Move apps: moves apps to either internal or external storage for getting more available app storage
★ Hide apps: hides system (built-in) apps from the app drawer
★ Freeze apps: freeze apps so they won't use any CPU or memory resources

Move apps

Hide apps
You don't care for all the apps your carrier adds to Android? Well, now you can get rid of them! This component enables you to hide system (built-in) apps from the app drawer.

Freeze apps
You can freeze apps so they won't use any CPU or memory resources and consume zero-battery. It's good for you to freeze apps that you would like to keep in device, but don't want them to run or be uninstalled.

Permissions
• WRITE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: use to export/import the apps list
• GET_PACKAGE_SIZE, PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS: get the size information of apps
• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: this app uses Accessibility services to automate the function (e.g. clear cache, move apps), optional. It helps those who have difficulty in tapping and complete the task easier
• WRITE_SETTINGS: prevent the screen rotation during the automatic function
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: draw a wait screen above other apps during the automatic function

Ratings and reviews

Using Galaxy S10e. The latest update is not working properly. When I try to move one or more apps to SD, it looks like it's moving them, but then the "Secure Folder" opens up and tells me that login failed because of an incorrect PIN, and I have X number of attempts left. To be frank, I didn't even know this "Secure Folder" existed till now. So right now, the app is useless

So this app is still amazing & I've used it for a year & I never write app reviews. I use the bulk cache clearing all the time &move all possible apps to my SD whenever I update apps. It's really extended the life of my Galaxy S9/android 10. I recommend it to everyone i know. I use the app freezing feature frequently as well. Only improvement I could think of is a way to freeze a preset list of apps since a few halt the process & a few reset keyboard or wallpaper. I freeze all except a handful.

What's up my fellow Googlians, This app is amazing.If your phone is lagging and slow this app is just what you need. You can clear out the total room on the Micro SD Card as well as the total amount of Internal Storage, The app will also let you transfer apps to the SD Card automatically just set it on "ALLOW". Allow notifications to alert you about which app can be moved to the SD Card this way you don't have to do it manually. Remember the app is called APP MANAGER PRO III.
