- The Best Must Have App !
- A real womanlog !
- So far so good Love the theme of the app and ease of use. I like how the theme is sleek and modern unlike most other apps where they over do the pick cutesy theme.
- First off thank you for designing an app that doesn't look like it was made for and by a 12 year old girl, it's so frustrating that almost all the period/ ovulation tracking apps on the market are bright pink and covered in flowers. I love the simplicity of the design and the cycle wheel and colour coding as a home page are a welcome change from the normal cluttered calender view (although I am happy there is the option to view the calender for a more detailed analysis). The app itself performs wonderfully, it's attractive, streamlined and runs very smoothly however I wold like to see a few other features added to really bring it up to (and surpass) other apps of this type of the market. I would suggest the following additions/ revisions: - The ability to add data from previous cycles would be advantageous. - The signs and symptoms view could be spruced up, perhaps with the option to customize and add for people who want to track different things. - A medications and illness section, many people TTC are taking some form of medication, from vitamins to Clomid, this app could help keep a track of this. This app is wonderful, with enormous potential. Keep up the good work!
- Galaxy S4 Great period calendar, no cheesy rubbish just what I was looking for.
- Great period tracker... makes tracking my cycle so much easier.
- “Best period tracker. Tried several. This one is the best so far. Features, ease of use, & for women not teenage girls.”
- "Love it! Most classy period app and cute to beat! Nice for this 25 y/o wife and mother! :)"
- "Most amazing period app. It looks sophisticated and it's absolutely easy to use. Can keep track of every single thing. Definitely worth it.”
- "Love it! Simple thoughtful period tracker with everything I need to be on top of my cycle without the kittens and pink flowers. Thanks!"
- "Best period tracker Absolutely love it, the layout is very functional and the app gives you little reminders as your cycle goes through"
- "Perfect!! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. This App has made life so much easier!! I can set my goal to "pregnancy" and it tells me the best time for us to conceive. I can record all the things my Dr will ask and be able to give exact dates (menstrual days, boating, cramping ect.) It also notifies me with new things and reminders. I would recommend this to all girls/women!"
- "Perfect! love it easy to keep track and use especially for this moment in my life that I'm premenopausal and have my menstrual ...."
- "Good period calendar. Nice app. Easy can see my menstruation cycle."

Period Calendar / Tracker for Grownup adopts an improved Standard Days Method, which has a method failure rate of < 5% per year.
The symptoms-based methods has a method failure rate of 2% per year. But users need to track basal body temperatures and cervical mucus everyday at particular hour. And since irregular sleep can interfere with the accuracy of basal body temperatures, women who sleep late at night may not be able to use those methods.

•Safely stop baby from crying with rhythmic “shush” sound that engages a baby's natural calming reflex by reminding them of still being in the womb. So much more effective than simple lullabies or standard white noise.
•Shusher Timer Options (from 15 minutes to 8 hours of continuous shushing!)
•The amazing Sound Equalizer allows app to "listen" to your baby every three minutes and automatically adjusts the shush volume to baby’s cry volume (so when baby is wailing, shush is loud; when baby goes quiet, volume settles into a soothing background shush).
•Custom: Record your own "custom" shush to implement into the App. Save as many personalized shushes as you want.
•Work in other Apps on your Phone while still using Baby Shusher App.

From the first moment the infant is applied to the breast, it must be nursed upon a certain plan. This is necessary to the well-doing of the child, and will contribute essentially to preserve the health of the parent, who will thus be rendered a good nurse, and her duty at the same time will become a pleasure.
The first set of teeth, or milk-teeth as they are called, are twenty in number; they usually appear in pairs, and those of the lower jaw generally precede the corresponding ones of the upper. The first of the milk-teeth is generally cut about the sixth or seventh month, and the last of the set at various periods from the twentieth to the t...
It should be as like the breast-milk as possible. This is obtained by a mixture of cow's milk, water, and sugar, in the following proportions.
Fresh cow's milk, two thirds; Boiling water, or thin barley water, one third; Loaf sugar, a sufficient quantity to sweeten.
This is the best diet that can be used...
cleanliness is essential to the infant's health. The principal points to which especial attention must be paid by the parent for this purpose are the following:
At first the infant should be washed daily with warm water; and a bath every night, for the purpose of...
Crying is a normal event in the lives of all babies. When a baby comes out of the woomb the first thing to do is crying.By the first cry he will take some air in to the lungs for the first time in their life. After delivery if the baby doesnot cry then it should be initiated by slightly pinching or gently stroc...
Deficiency of milk may exist even at a very early period after delivery, and yet be removed. This, however, is not to be accomplished by the means too frequently resorted to; for it is the custom with many, two or three weeks after their confinement, if the supply of nourishment for the infant is scanty, to partake largely of malt liquor f...
It is highly important that a mother should possess such information as will enable her to detect disease at its first appearance, and thus insure for her child timely medical assistance. This knowledge it will not be difficult for her to obtain. She has only to bear in mind what are the indications which constitute health, and she will at...
The especial province of the mother is the prevention of disease, not its cure. When disease attacks the child, the mother has then a part to perform, which it is especially important during the epochs of infancy and childhood should be done well. I refer to those duties which constitute the maternal part of the management of disease. ...
For three or four weeks after birth the infant sleeps more or less, day and night, only waking to satisfy the demands of hunger; at the expiration of this time, however, each interval of wakefulness grows longer, so that it sleeps less frequently, but for longer periods at a time. ...
Disorder of the stomach and bowels is one of the most fruitful sources of the diseases of infancy. Only prevent their derangement, and, all things being equal, the infant will be healthy and flourish, and need not the aid of physic or physicians.

Pilates involves a system of movement coupled with therapeutic exercise. This particular fitness program took Joseph H. Pilatu over 60 years to perfect. In addition to helping people look better by toning and firming the body, Pilates makes people feel better. Through precision toning and bringing balance to muscles at the joint area, this fitness method stimulates circulation by using muscular flexibility, proper musculoskeletal alignment, and range of motion.
Pilates also offers better body awareness while promoting coordination and creating new neuromuscular patterns. The result of this fitness program is a reduction or complete elimination of chronic pain and/or injury or re-injury. Joseph himself grew up with arthritis and asthma, making him feeble. His father was a prize-winning gymnast and his mother a practicing naturopath. Using a discarded anatomy book, Joseph studied and studied to better understand the various body parts. By the age of 14, he had learned how to develop his own body, so much so that he was hired as an anatomy model for other students to study.
With Joseph's knowledge and fine-tuning of this fitness method, he and his wife began teaching Pilates. The exciting thing about this fitness program is that by being developed around the natural movement of animals and other natural movements, millions of people are able to incorporate the program into their daily lives, finding they look and feel better. The bottom line is that whether using Pilates or some other type of fitness, you can tone the muscles, strengthen joints, and even reduce stress on the heart and lungs, giving you a longer, healthier life.
We now see people from stay-at-home moms to famous movie stars faithfully using Pilates with amazing results. In fact, if you want the most out of fitness, we recommend you combine Pilates with a cardio type of exercise such as biking, walking, or swimming. This way, you get the best of both worlds. Best of all, fitness can be done by people of all ages and expensive equipment is not needed to be successful. Therefore, if you are tired of looking and feeling bad, get involved with a good fitness program such as Pilates.
This app shows you some great belly dancing moves as well as some lovely belly dance costume ideas.
Belly dance or bellydance is a Western-coined name for a "traditional West Asian" dance, especially raqs sharqi (Arabic: رقص شرقي).
The term "belly dance" is a translation of the French "danse du ventre" which was applied to the dance in the Victorian era. It is something of a misnomer as every part of the body is involved in the dance; the most featured body part is usually the hips. Belly dance takes many different forms depending on the country and region, both in costume and dance style, and new styles have evolved in the West as its popularity has spread globally. Although contemporary forms of the dance have generally been performed by women, some of the dances, particularly the cane dance, have origins in male forms of performance.
Raqs sharqi (Arabic: رقص شرقي; literally "eastern/oriental dancing") is the style more familiar to Westerners, performed in restaurants and cabarets around the world. It is more commonly performed by female dancers but is also sometimes danced by men. It is a solo improvisational dance, although students often perform choreographed dances in a group.
Raqs baladi, (Arabic: رقص بلدي; literally "local dancing", or "folk" dance) is the folkloric style, danced socially by men and women of all ages in some Middle Eastern countries, usually at festive occasions such as weddings. However, this naming is used synonymously in Egypt with Raqs sharqi as a generic term for "belly dancing".
Belly dance was popularized in the West during the Romantic movement of the 18th and 19th centuries, when Orientalist artists depicted romanticized images of harem life in the Ottoman Empire. Around this time, dancers from Middle Eastern countries began to perform at various World's Fairs, often drawing crowds in numbers that rivaled those for the science and technology exhibits. It was during this period that the term "oriental" or "eastern" dancing was first used. Several dancers, including the French author Colette, engaged in "oriental" dance, sometimes passing off their own interpretations as authentic.
Buttock exercises help you to tighten and tone your but so it looks firmer and slimmer. Some buttock workouts suit men better while others favor the female shape so we have divided these workouts into 2 different sections.
Prenatal yoga classes are more popular than ever as a great way to stay fit during pregnancy. When paired with a cardiovascular exercise such as walking, yoga can be an ideal way to stay in shape during your pregnancy. This age-old practice keeps you limber, tones your muscles and improves your balance and circulation, with little, if any, impact on your joints.
Yoga is also beneficial because it helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will come in handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. This technique is used in natural childbirth. In fact, one of the first things you learn in a yoga class is how to breathe fully. The breathing technique known as ujjayi requires you to take in air slowly through your nose, filling your lungs, and exhale completely until your stomach compresses.
Learning how to do ujjayi breathing primes you for labor and childbirth by training you to stay calm when you need it most. When you're in pain or afraid, your body produces adrenalin and may produce less oxytocin, a hormone that makes labor progress. A regular yoga practice will help you fight the urge to tighten up when you feel pain, and show you how to relax instead.
Along these same lines, according to a report in the April 2009 issue of the Harvard Mental Health Letter, rigorous studies have found scientific proof that yoga helps the body deal with stress by slowing heart and breathing rates and lowering blood pressure -- which can benefit new moms after the baby's born, too.
The benefits of yoga aren't limited to your physical well-being. "Taking a prenatal yoga class is a great way to meet other pregnant women — to become part of a community," says Cynthea Denise, a registered nurse and prenatal yoga instructor in Oakland, California. Being in a positive, supportive environment with others like you can give you a regular emotional boost and keep you motivated to continue exercising.
First-trimester pregnancy yoga tips
Seek out an instructor who is specifically trained in prenatal yoga, but if that's not possible, make sure your instructor knows you're expecting, says Denise. You probably don't have many restrictions this early in your pregnancy, but remember to follow the 13 rules of safe pregnancy exercise such as drinking lots of water before, during, and after exercising to keep your body hydrated.
Breathe deeply and regularly as you stretch. If you're a pro at yoga, recognize and accept that your regular routine will require modifications as time goes on.
"Listen to your body and trust what it tells you," says Denise. If you're feeling pain or discomfort, make an adjustment or ask your instructor to recommend an alternative position.
Second-trimester yoga tips
Your joints are beginning to loosen up now, so proceed with caution. Be aware, too, that your slowly expanding girth will affect your sense of balance. Don't try to hold poses for a long time, and remember to sink into yoga positions slowly and carefully to avoid injury. Take your time and don't overdo it. Avoid lying flat on your back now, too, to keep blood flowing properly to your uterus.
Third-trimester yoga tips
You're probably feeling less graceful now that your belly is bigger, so perform standing poses with your heel to the wall or use a chair for support to avoid losing your balance and risking injury to yourself or your baby. Props such as blocks and straps can also help you move through different poses with greater stability.
And remember: Don't hold poses for a long time; it's important to keep moving.

Eye shadow is a cosmetic that is applied on the eyelids and under the eyebrows. It is commonly used to make the wearer's eyes stand out or look more attractive.
Eye shadow can be applied in a variety of ways depending upon the desired look and formulation. Typically application is done using fingers or brushes. The most important aspect of applying eye shadow, and makeup in general, is blending well.
To remove eye shadow, a commercial eye makeup remover can be utilized, though a rich face wash will usually remove all traces of color. Generally it is easy to remove, and simple water and soap can be used. Eye shadow, eyeliner, and mascara may also be removed using baby oil. There are also makeup wipes that can be used.
Eye shadow adds depth and dimension to one's eyes, complements the eye color, or simply draws attention to the eyes. Eye shadow comes in many different colors and textures. It is usually made from a powder and mica, but can also be found in liquid, pencil, or mousse form.
Civilizations across the world use eye shadow - predominantly on females, but also occasionally on males. In Western society, it's seen as a feminine cosmetic, even when used by men. On average, the distance between eyelashes and eyebrows is twice as big in women as in men. Thus pale eye shadow visually enlarges this area and has a feminizing effect.
In Gothic fashion, black or similarly dark-colored eye shadow and other types of eye makeup are popular amongst both genders.
Many people use eye shadow simply to improve their appearance, but it is also commonly used in theatre and other plays, to create a memorable look, with bright, bold colors. Depending on skin tone and experience, the effect of eye shadow usually brings out glamor and gains attention. The use of eye shadow attempts to replicate the natural eye shadow that some women exhibit due to a natural contrasting pigmentation on their eyelids. Natural eye shadow can range anywhere from a glossy shine to one's eyelids, to a pinkish tone, or even a silver look.
HENNA MAKES BEAUTIFUL TEMPORARY TATTOOS, WHICH ARE EASY AND INEXPENSIVE TO DO AT HOME. FIND OUT MORE TODAY.
Henna (Mehndi), also a centuries-old tradition in India, is used to create intricate hand art designs. The paste of a ground plant, naturally in a reddish-brown dye, is used to create temporary ìtattoosî which last between 1-3 weeks. In India, henna has traditionally been used on women before special occassions, holidays, and weddings. In addition to using henna on the body (usually hands and feet), henna has also been used on the hair to color gray hairs to a reddish-brown, and to deeply condition non-gray hairs. It's an excellent alternate for pregnant women who would like to maintain their appearance, but cannot use the harsh chemicals found in mainstream hair coloring kits.
Turmeric is a yellow spice used in much of Indian cooking. It has also been used as a Ayurvedic beauty agent. Turmeric not only has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, but also corrects hyperpigmentation and softens the skin. For these reasons, many Indian brides use a turmeric treatment to prepare for their wedding day - it leaves skin even-toned, shiny, soft, and supple.
Madonna, Sting, and Demi Moore have recently ìdiscoveredî what Hindu brides have known for centuries: henna paste decorates the body with temporary tattoos. Usually applied to the hands and feet, the body becomes a canvas for patterns of scrolls, vines, or flowers that last for a few weeks.
Henna paste, or mendhi, takes from a few minutes to a few hours to apply depending upon the bodily location and the desired detail of the design. After the drawing with cones or syringes is finished, the paste dries to allow the color to become absorbed by the skin. While this takes only 10-15 minutes, the paste should be left on the skin for another 6 hours to achieve the most lasting affect. A sugar and lemon mixture dabbed on the dried mendhi deepens the final color. When fully dry, the crust falls off on its own. Gentle toweling removes any last bits. The tattoo lasts longer with moisture but gradually lightens through natural exfoliation of the skin. Harsh soaps, chlorine and commercial exfoliation speeds the fading of the design.
Celebrations, such as childbirth and birthdays, may include mehndi, but it is Indian brides who traditionally display the most elaborate designs covering their feet and hands. Applying the paste is a celebratory pre-wedding ritual to bring love and good fortune to the couple but it has neither religious nor sacred meaning. Occasionally brides choose to mendhi much of their body and include the name of their groom amongst the designs. It is his right and duty to carefully search for it on the wedding night.
In addition to being used to apply temporary tattoos, henna has been used to color wool, silk, animal skins and menís beards. Mummies dating to 1200 B.C. show evidence of henna use on hair and nails of pharaohs. Today the deep-colored paste is used by women to give luster to their hair as well as hide the grey.
When an Indian woman asks her husband if he has mendhi on his hands, it doesnít mean she really thinks he is decorated with reddish-brown body art below his wrists. She is referring to her bridal days when she wasnít expected to work while the mendhi could still be seen and is asking if this is also HIS reason for laziness.

Eye shadow is the perfect complement to eyelash extensions. When applied correctly, eye shadow can add another dimension of beauty to the face through the use of color. All though eye shadow is one of the staples in a woman's arsenal by following the steps outlined below a woman can get consistently great results.
The first and most obvious step to achieving optimum results from eye shadow is to use a high quality product. Most eye shadows are made from mica powder, a colorful mineral base, mixed with a hardener such as clay. In general, eye shadow with higher clay to mica powder ratios are harder and do not blend easily. While eye shadow with lower clay to mica powder ratios are easy to apply and blend perfectly. Lower ratios are considered to be higher quality eye shadows because of the higher content of the colorful mineral base, mica powder. A good indicator to determine if you have a quality eye shadow is the brush test. To perform the brush test simply try to apply your eye shadow with a brush. If your eye shadow is easy to apply with a brush than you have a good quality eye shadow. If it does not apply well, perhaps you should consider trying other types of eye shadow.
Once you have a good quality eye shadow you need to choose the right color to wear. The color chosen should not be arbitrarily picked but rather determined by the clothes you are planning to wear. The idea is to add color in a subtle way that will get you attention but not the wrong attention. By matching a color in the outfit you are planning to wear your appearance will flow and the eye will not focus on one spot.
It is best to apply eye shadow with a brush to softly blend colors together to obtain a dynamic look. If you are using a good quality eye shadow using a brush is easy and fun. But choosing the right brush is just as important as choosing the right eye shadow. The ideal brush is a flat soft bristle brush. The flat brush makes it easy to apply the eye shadow with precision while having soft bristles smoothes transitions between colors.

What are Kettlebells?
Kettlebells are a piece of strength training equipment that has been around for decades, but only recently has it caught the attention of mainstream athletes. Recently there has been a rise in the number of kettlebell training and workout videos and we wanted to share these with you.
Kettlebells are bowling ball-sized cast iron weights with a single looped handle on top. A kettlebell can range in weight from two pounds to over 100 pounds. They are common strength training aids in Eastern Europe, kettlebells are taking off in the West thanks to fitness programs like CrossFit. Kettlebells are a favorite item in most CrossFit gyms, along with some other basic training items like weighted medicine balls, pull up bars, jump ropes and lots of free weights.
What's So Great About Kettlebells?
The reason for the boost in kettlebell training it that it gets back to basic training that requires functional, whole body fitness. Kettlebells require an athlete to focus on whole-body conditioning because lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once. In this way, they are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time.
Kettlebell Training Tips
It takes between 4 and 6 weeks for your body to adjust to a new kettlebell workout training routine. After that time, plateauing is likely. This does not mean that you should change the exercises that you do, but you should change how you do your routine. Ideas on how:
-Change the intensity levels of your sets. For example, instead of incrementing 30-40-50, do 25-40-55 or similar.
- Change the order of your exercises to change up which parts of the body are drilled more at different points of fatigue.
- Change the intensity of your routines on different days. Instead of doing the same routine on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, build intensity through the week. Alternatively, be moderately intensive on your first workout, more relaxed on your second, and very intensive on your third.
It's important to start slow and get some training when using kettlebells. When used incorrectly, kettlebells can cause some nasty injuries. Proper use of this cast iron weight requires strength, coordination and lots of practice with a light weight before increasing weight. Each kettlebell exercise involves multiple joints and many muscle groups working together. It takes most athletes time to adjust to these new movement patterns that are often different than traditional weight-lifting moves. To master these movement patterns requires guidance, instruction and patience. After the basics are mastered, increasing the weight provides a strength workout unmatched by machines or even dumbbells.
The biggest mistake beginners make is lifting too heavy a kettlebell before they can control it. This can result in serious injuries to the joints, and especially the neck, back and spine.
Kettlebells Exercises and workouts
The first kettlebell exercise most athletes learn is the kettlebell basic swing. To do this, women will need a kettlebell that weighs around 12 to 25 pounds and men will need a 25- to 35-pound kettlebell. For this exercise, the weight needs to be heavy enough to fully engage the hamstrings (back of the thigh) and gluteus muscles.

Qigong, chi kung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese: 气功; traditional Chinese: 氣功; pinyin: qìgōng; Wade–Giles: chi4 gong1; literally "Life Energy Cultivation") is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qi gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "intrinsic life energy".
Typically a qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movement, a calm mindful state, and visualization of guiding qi through the body. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide, and is considered by some to be exercise, and by others to be a type of alternative medicine or meditative practice. From a philosophical perspective qi gong is believed to help develop human potential, allow access to higher realms of awareness, and awaken one's "true nature".
There are many variations of Qi Gong. These ancient exercises are fun and easy to practice and can enhance one's health and vitality. A daily QiGong practice is a beautiful gift for yourself, friends and loved ones
Healing Sounds with QiGong
Gentle breathing and physical movements with unique sounds that detoxify the body and internal organs are great for releasing negative emotions and cultivating natural positive virtues.
Powerful Emotional Transformation QiGong Meditation and Relaxation
One of the simplest and most potent QiGong for relaxation and well-being is to partake in QiGong Meditation practice daily.
The term qigong (氣功) has been traced back to Taoist literature of the early Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD).
Dynamic Qigong training involves fluid movement, usually carefully choreographed, coordinated with breath and awareness. Examples include the slow stylized movements of T'ai chi ch'uan, Baguazhang, and Xing yi. Other examples include graceful movement that mimics the motion of animals in Five Animals, White Crane and Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong.
Static qigong training involves holding postures for sustained periods of time. In some cases this bears resemblance to the practice of Yoga and its continuation in the Buddhist tradition. For example Yiquan, a Chinese martial art derived from xingyiquan, emphasizes static stance training. In another example, the healing form Eight Pieces of Brocade (Baduanjin qigong) is based on a series of static postures.
Qigong Meditative training utilizes breath awareness, visualization, mantra, and focus on philosophical concepts such as qi circulation. For example, in the Confucius scholar tradition meditation is focused on humanity and virtue, with the aim of self-enlightenment. In various Buddhist traditions, the aim is to still the mind, either through outward focus, for example on a place, or through inward focus on the breath, a mantra, a koan, emptiness, or the idea of the eternal. In Taoist and traditional Chinese medicine practice, the meditative focus is on cultivating qi in dantian energy centers and balancing qi flow in meridian and other pathways.
Many systems of qigong training include the use of external agents such as ingestion of herbs, massage, physical manipulation, or interaction with other living organisms. For example, specialized food and drinks are used in some medical and Taoist forms, whereas massage and body manipulation are sometimes used in martial arts forms. In some medical systems a qigong master uses non-contact treatment, purportedly guiding qi through his or her own body into the body of another person.
Finger nail art designs have been fashionable for many years now, but its only more recently that people have been using nail art on their toenails. Using art designs made with nail polish on your toes is now becoming very fashionable, especially when wearing sandals or other open toe shoes. Luckily nowadays you don't have to be a nail technician to get some great looks.
Toenail art consists of a variety of decorative touches that are applied to toenails to make them appear more attractive. Nearly identical to fingernail art, with the exception of location, toenails can be decorated at salons or with home kits. Home kits either consist of predecorated nails that simply need to be glued on or a variety of accessories for creating a near-endless range of looks. Different elements used in nail art include polish, rhinestones, and stickers as well as glitter and foils.
Nail polish can be used for toenail art in a variety of ways. Stylists use it as a base color, whether solid, glittery, or clear, over which other decorations can be applied. Specifically designed polish pens are available so that designs can be drawn on the nail. Stencils can also be used to brush on or airbrush different designs. Also used for nail art are specially designed nail polishes that produce decorative effects such as crackling or shattering.
Rhinestones are available for toenail art in a range of colors, sizes, and shapes. The most popular shapes are round and teardrop forms because they are very versatile in creating different designs. These decorations attach to the nail with either glue or self-adhesive backing. Stickers, which are self-adhesive, come in numerous styles, colors, and images and include shapes that create designs or popular premade designs such as stars and insects.
Glitter comes in different sizes, shapes, and colors. It can either be incorporated into the polish or dusted loose onto the wet nail surface during the decorating process. Finally, foils consist of thin, decorated sheets that are applied onto the nail with an adhesive, rubbed until secure, then trimmed and sealed.
Toenail art should be applied to nails that are clean, dry, and well trimmed. Shorter nails are best because they rub less inside shoes and socks, helping to preserve the decorations. If the art is being applied at home, it is helpful to use a toe separator, which prevents the toes from rubbing and spoiling the design. A nail stylist starts by applying a base coat to the toenails in order to help the polish go on easily and be less prone to chipping.
Once the base coat is dry, he or she applies the polish that forms the base of the design. After the nail polish has fully dried, the decorations — whether they be rhinestones, stickers, or a painted-on design — are added. The stylist then covers the design with a top coat to both help seal the toenail art and protect it from damage.
Toenail art is a unique fashion statement which highlights your appearances. Many of us love the beautiful toenail art. Toenail art is best way to show your beautiful toe nail to the world.
