Paid membership includes access to the private Weezer Facebook. Some people have been waiting a year for access; one posted a screen of his request pending for 47 weeks. Mods don't respond to messages & my emails to the fan club address have gone unanswered for almost two weeks. After actually speaking to a group moderator I was told it can take 'weeks or months' for members to get access - this isn't stated when you pay for a membership and the communication is so poor. This isn't Weezer :(

The Weezer Fan Club app is a fantastic resource for any Weezer nerd out there, casual or devout. It hosts news, a kind of fan forum, and allows you to buy tickets to shows! My only gripe is that access to the Weezer swag store is not very accessible. If you want to access anymore than the fanclub package and maybe 1-2 other items, you'll need to go to the website.

Apparently not getting fan club emails anymore, can't log in to the app, and it makes me do 6-7 rounds of ReCaptcha for a password reset just to not send THAT email, it just says incorrect password. Nothing is going to my spam folder. Kinda bummed I keep missing out on fan club merch because the app is busted.
