Habits are no more than routines which you perform subconsciously. To build one - train yourself. To break one, find another one which is similar, yet different and nicer, and repeat it until it sticks.

The purpose of the study is to compare the usefulness of the mobile technology which is to introduce an application (app) connected with a smart device to provide an interactive tool, which is utilized by nursing students to transform their current study habits and health behaviors. Mobile technology has become an active part of educating nursing students and incorporating interactive tools can engage the learners. Learners who are involved in their academic career tend to be successful. Therefore, introduction of an application (app) connected with a smart device will provide an interactive tool, utilized by nursing students to transform their current study and health behaviors.
First, start by cutting yourself some slack. You don’t have to change everything at once. Just do one thing. Doing one healthy thing every day can help you live longer and reduce your cancer risk.

Current therapies to treat Aplastic Anemia, MDS and other bone marrow failure diseases often require repeated cycles before you notice an effect and improvement in your quality of life. Stopping treatment early can result in less desirable results.
Use the "Symptom Snapshot" to keep track of how you feel during and after your treatments. Tracking your symptoms regularly will help you and your medical team. Your doctor may be able to provide other therapies to help manage any symptoms & side effects you experience.
