Player Field: 156 Professional Players
Format: Pro-Am play for first 54 holes. Each of the 156 pros will play with a different amateur partner each day on different courses for three days. On Sunday, the low 70 professionals and ties will play the final round of the 72-hole PGA TOUR tournament at the Palmer Private at PGA WEST.

Charity: Since 1960 Desert Classic Charities, the nonprofit entity that organizes the Humana Challenge, has donated more than $52 million to Eisenhower Medical Center and numerous other local nonprofit organizations. Most recently, the 2012 Humana Challenge announced record donations of nearly $2.1 million to local organizations.
