Pakistan Post now allow customer to track and trace their articles online on their Android mobile devices. Pakistan Post will take-up all the complaints to enhance customer experience and continually improve system. This application allows user to:
- Track their Article
- Check delivery Track of article
- Check routing Track of article

I would say that's a pretty good initiative by the government but being an android developer myself I think this app was developed by a very amateur developer and it needs a lot of modification and correction. Specially the overall layout needs to be improved. I hope they would improve it as the time goes by. Good Luck!

look like application was not test by any person expect developer. Useless user interface. No deisgn standards followed for desiging UI. Icons are blurry. You cannot go back to main menu, application will close after pressing back button. Every page have default menu named "Setting", which do nothing. Application need to be improved on urgent basis at it present our national service.

register complaint in app shows web page not available m_complaint.aspx. Tarrif menu shows the page with background image loading take time and white text is unreadable unless the full background is loaded. everywhere in the app for all the services it only shows prices. Can't really do anything online other than tracking. came across the news free remittance service because of which I installed the app and unable to find anything related to that feature. needs lot of improvement and testing.
