Overall excellent service, my husband and I only have a few issues. We don't have the best credit, but we have significant collateral. We applied for a $5,000 loan and wanted to use our paid-off home AND land for collateral on the loan. Our appraisal is about $75,000. Even with that much collateral, they wouldn't do it. We thought it would be an easy process with that much to put up, but they wouldn't do it. We have not found any benefits to paying for service. There are better FREE options.
