9/8/2023: zero stars. I cannot describe how infuriating this app is. It has so many issues I don't even know where to start. Can't process payments. Can't lookup flights with record locator. Can't search for flights. Can't view boarding pass. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I have to fly often for work and this is by far the worst app I have. Unfortunately they're the only airline operating from my local regional airport.

It doesn't work right anymore. When trying to check in, I get an endless error message. Finally checked in online. Once I did that, the app had a link for the boarding pass which ultimately pulls up a blank white screen. So I had to email that to myself, again from the web. The app did not fulfill any of the conveniences that it should have.

**Update: Didn't even recall reviewing this app before, but I see little's changed, except now, not even the boarding passes/reminders work reliably. Four years later & it's got more issues than before. Can't even complete purchases. So incredibly frustrating.** Sorry, but beyond mobile boarding passes, this app is pretty awful/useless: little else works. Errors galore at every juncture ('our system is having trouble'/'something went wrong'); easily the least user friendly of the airline apps.
