C'mon, Go for great! Good app, but besides itineraries sometimes not showing up in the app automatically, a few things missing IMHO. 1. View a full itinerary on one screen instead of one flight at a time. 2. Provide a means of storing offline info when no connection. 3. Provide an admirals club card credentials like the AAdvantage card feature. 4. Provide AAdvantage activity in the ago so I don't have to go to the full site to see what's posted. 5. Prevent screen from rotating when boarding pass is open if possible. Cheers!
Not really useful Reservations are never added to the app and I have to search for them manually, then it just takes me to the American website to do everything, and boarding passes are then emailed to me in a link I have to open in a browser rather than all contained in the app. Then again I may just be spoiled from other airline apps.
A few UI bugs Ran into some showstopper UI bugs on my phone, but the team responded quickly (and personally) and addressed it. Very happy to see they're on it. Will update my review once the issue is fixed!
This app needs lots more options The app will not find reservation. Also will not let me choose a seat. It also keeps stating to try later. I would have not given it a star at but you now. You have to give it a star thumbs down.
Getting better I would like the option of viewing the standby list and the seat map so that we can see which seats are available when we are waiting to be cleared.
Horrific This app is really terrible. If you can't build a mobile app it's no wonder you've struggled to integrate bigger systems. This app traps me on the website (somehow) when I try to use it then consistently shows me banner ads for the android app that I'm already trying to use. Both Delta and Southwest do a better job with their mobile experience. Both this and the USAir apps are unusable.
