Downloaded the this so I could get roadside assistance faster than calling but the app is a joke. It refuses to let me set a location or progress past that point so I have to give up and call anyway. No point in wasting space on my phone - uninstalled.
Since this last update, everything I tried to do took me to a screen asking me to enter my zip code, and the my vehicles page still wouldn't show correctly after I entered my zip. I logged out to log in again to see if that would fix the problem, but now the app just opens and closes without giving me the option to log back in.
This app is just a web browser that doesn't keep your information. Every time I launch it, it asks for my zip code and wants my drivers license and other info as if I've never used it before. It is really frustrating.
Bad layout, terrible login system
App would be better if homeowners insurance info could be included in a separate section of app.
It help me when I have problems with my vehicle.
