Ratings and reviews

Poor functioning. The app does not work well. Slow to load, the back button does not work, not intuitive to navigate. You have to go down rabbit holes to find the specific information you are looking for, then the back button does not work, and the only way to get back to aore general menu screen, is to system quit the app and reopen.

Worthless. All the options are there but none of them work. Using Samsung S22 ultra, can't update payment information, account information. The boxes are there, can't change the information in them. Then went into a lagging continuous loop of redirection just trying to make a payment. Once I finally got there, couldn't update the card information. I could change the name and expiration date, but not the type or number. Uninstalling.

The app is good for getting roadside assistance. But it installs something called AAA Drive that TRACKS YOUR DRIVING HABITS! They say it's so you can get a discount on their insurance, but I don't want their insurance. I cannot find any way in the app to turn this garbage off. It seems very dishonest to me to install a tracking program without asking my permission. Until they fix this, I'm disabling location on the app.
