I love the nutrition section of the app. It makes scanning and entering food very easy, and it puts the carb count front and center unlike other diet apps which focus mainly on calories. However, there is room for improvement. For example, there doesn't seem to be a way to easily copy food items from one day to the next You can create meals and copy those, but you have to remember to create the meal first, and then you can copy the meal in its entirety. For future meals, it would be great to be able to choose individual items from that meal rather than having to copy the whole meal. Also, sometimes one may want to change the number of servings from one meal to the next, and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Nutritional totals are provided for individual food items as well as a total for the day, but it would be great to see individual totals by meal; and surprisingly, the app does not provide any means for tracking blood sugar, but there are many other apps for that, so it's not a big deal. The main focus of the app is setting and tracking goals and building community, but unfortunately, I find those to be its least helpful features.
Update not working Can't get the nutrition upgrade to work. States I have no connection and won't set up my profile. I have connection.
It is a little complicated I liked the idea of this app but unfortunately I found it complicated, specially for people who are not that much in tech and middle aged people that are most of my patients. Please, make it simple and add more languages. Thanks
Tired of trying to engage.... I really wanted to use this app but it won't log in to facebook and it's lacking in its execution... Nice thought.
Good idea but for most a waste of space Maybe this is good for those newly diagosed, but for most others it's a waste of space on your phone. I used other apps before, and will continue to use those OTHER apps.
Great app! This app helped me to prioritize and stick to my goals! I would recommend it to anyone looking to change behavior in a positive way.
