After being a long time customer and paying for a yearly subscription of $59, they are forcing you to a $199 yearly subscription. it used to be you get unlimited invoices with your plan. Now they limit the amount of invoices per month. To get unlimited, I need to pay more than triple I was paying before. I am not giving this greedy company 1 more cent of my business. Who is to say they won't triple their price at a later date? Can you really trust a company that would do that?

this app was charging me for 2 subscriptions but was only allowing me to use the lower subscription. 3 invoices a month was all i was allowed to create. The other subscription prices continue to go up. they don't notify you of price hikes; just charge your account. The other subscription was unlimited for $150; but I was never allowed to use it. canceling. No refund was given

tried to pay to reactivate my account (expired cc). saw no way to do it. AI assistant was no help. Am currently pushing an hour waiting for an actual human to talk with me so I can tell them that I downloaded and looked at 3 free apps and sent out the invoice with the one I liked. I was willing to pay a monthly fee to keep using their app, but if they care so little, then I won't waste my time with them.
