App glitched out and timer was reset. Would not let me restart with same test. Just program the app to keep the timer running regardless of the screen turning off. Edit additions: So if anyone at NAVICA read my original review they did so poorly and/or didn't understand it. My issue is that the app makes it difficult to use a single test with the app one time as the timer goes away if you accidentally hit the home button or the phone's screen closes. You have a bad app!

Glitchy app disconnected when verifying the test. Support disconnected the call repeatedly until it was over 30 minutes from when the test had been taken at which point they said the test was invalid. This app fails at the most basic thing it is supposed to do. We may be unable to travel and lose hundreds of dollars because of the poor service and functionality of this app.

Horrible app. Clunky and glitchy on a brand-new phone. Rude, outsourced support with bad connection (not mine) and noisy audio. Always willing to work with a language barrier, but this was so severe that it made communication very challenging. Audio was so bad that I was instructed to use the chat feature, but the proctor would not read my messages. Camera was changing between back and front (before it was intended to) with no way to manually revert it. I was not even able to finish my test.
