Horrible app. Clunky and glitchy on a brand-new phone. Rude, outsourced support with bad connection (not mine) and noisy audio. Always willing to work with a language barrier, but this was so severe that it made communication very challenging. Audio was so bad that I was instructed to use the chat feature, but the proctor would not read my messages. Camera was changing between back and front (before it was intended to) with no way to manually revert it. I was not even able to finish my test.

this is very confusing. the landing page should be a simple Welcome to Navica, and no mention of emed etc. On top, the testing did not work on my Droid. I never got prompted for allow mic, so I had to do it on a laptop, and luckily I had both, but it took 20 mins just to figure that out. There has to be a simpler more straightforward way to do this stuff. No wonder the public is so confused,,,

The app doesn't work and the staff aren't trained well to trouble shoot. Language barriers were awful. My internet connection was fine as evidenced by many successful speed tests and successful FaceTime prior to the test. But the proctors were not able to stay connected and kept telling me that it was my internet which it wasn't. After 2 hours and many attempts each of which resulted in the 15 minute timer being reset I finally got a confirmed result. Abbott, do better.
