Just recently had a device put in and the app was working great. I would check it every day at 2am to make sure the app was working. So far, twice, I have had the app demanding it stay open to connect to the monitor. All good and well I'm theory, however, when working the overnight shift, that's not an option. Fast forward to today, the second time, it started giving notice that it couldn't connect. There's no update so I don't know what gives.

Well, reading other reviews tells me they are not about customer care because they have the same automated response to every review no matter what the review says. My device when I go to the history option shows it has never sent a transmission. I don't even know if this damn thing is working. And now it's saying it ain't connected to turn on allow all the time on the permission settings and my settings are already set to those settings. I don't get it.

just installed the app and was told by the tech that if I close it it will not run in the background. this is low performance my Bluetooth headphones my Bluetooth SmartWatch all work in the background constantly syncing and connecting. there is no reason I should have to remember to reopen the app to get it to stay connected to my phone. in today's world of automatic monitoring it is unacceptable to have to rely on the patient to make sure it's running
