This is really a "bare minimum" type app. The only useful feature (for me) is the ability to refill via the app. The buttons and texts are not coded correctly and you have to press just outside of them or around them for them to work. This app has no status indication of med (ready for pickup, pending, canceled, etc), no ability to contact the pharmacy or support, no log of past medications or pickups. Hope this gives some ideas to developers. ❤

This app is amazing! It remembers your refills, offers reminders for taking your meds (multiple times, if needed)daily, a shopping list, reminders to order your meds & you set the time frame in between & more. The unfortunate part for me is that the COVID-19 area is unreadable on my phone. I don't know if it's just my phone or that part of the app itself. I would offer to be able to add prescriptions from all 3 refill options on 1 send. Otherwise, I love this app!! Try it! Thanx GNP!! 🌟😊🌟

It sends your prescriptions to the pharmacy thats the only thing good i can say about this app. I've tried to update my phone number information there is no place to do that. It says set a refill reminder but then you got to go in and rescan everything instead of just hitting a button and having it refilled. This app is not connected to the inside at all.This is absolutely the worst pharmacy app I have ever seen.

Thank you for the review. You can update your phone number the next time you submit a refill. Just replace the old number with the new one and once submitted, the new one will appear in the field moving forward. We will forward the rest of your feedback to the dev team.
