New update is TERRIBLE. It's like they're trying too hard to be modern and cool. Total fail. Bulky, buggy, slow, and unrefined. Why have push notifications when it sends you nowhere after clicking the headline?
Use to watch the news every day after work. Updated app, now only plays your commercials and Not the news videos. Very disappointed. At least your alarm app still works. :-(
This new version seems to be in portrait mode only, would not turn to landscape mode. No settings to change that. Very annoying. Landscape mode is how I use my tablet by default. Also the sliding panes are a pain in th axx. They tend to over slide when swiping them up or down, very frustrating. Please fix these asap.
I don't know what happened to this app. We used to be able to swipe left and right for local, San Francisco, East Bay, national, statewide news and 7 On your side. I loved it. Now it has all changed and I don't see the regions at all. I hate it. I want the old app back.
I like how you can just view/scroll down the headlines on 1 page with the old version WITHOUT having swipe from one to the next. This way, u only hit the headline u want to read about. Wish I never updated the app
The new UI on the app is really bad. It's not a pleasing experience using it, and it's downright confusing. Don't waste your time with it.
