Almost perfect Love the app except for one glaring detail. When choosing sleep now or your time it should come up with white text and a black background like the first screen. Only use when going to bed and lights off, last thing I need is a bright white light!
Helps with waking up!! I was a habitual sleep-inner, I frequently slept in and with this app I can find either the right time to go to bed or the right time to set an alarm. Wakes you between REM cycles! It's the best free option on the Play Store no doubt
By Far One of the Best Apps Out There!! It is quite accurate with my body clock. I have noticed a positive difference each morning. My body is beginning to adjust to where I'm waking before my alarm on my own. I am less tired through out the day & I'm beginning to feel more rested overall. Five +++ stars if I could!

Awesome Was searching for this kind of tool to just help me pick up the best time to wake up ans still use my default alarm as it already works great. Even if I voted 5, it would be really nice to be able to change the default time it takes to fall asleep as some people takes a bit more or less time.
Question? Can I change the alarm sound and volume. Scared the poop out of me. That cant be good for the system each morning.
