Exceptionally good breathing app! The breathing exercises are uniquely designed...and varied. They push you to increase your lung capacity with particular goals in mind for each type of exercise. This app is very different from the other's out there in a good way! I'm so glad I found it and look forward to learning to breathe properly to enhance relaxation and fight off stress.

A must have! The sounds are great, maybe the UI could be improved but it's a good app. EDIT: precisions - I often feel lost in the app because there are tabs everywhere (up, down, and even on the right of the screen). And the tabs on the right overlap on my phone with the content, making it look a bit cheap.

Thank you for the free app! I'm severely disabled and can't breathe deeply without injury, but I can still do the patterns. It is astonishing what a little breathing can do in your life. I sit with Ukraine each day, and watch independent journalists reporting, to try and make sure I'm getting real information. As for the app feedback, the main thing would help is if I could control the volume of the app sounds, separate from overall media volume, so I can listen to an audiobook or a meditation.

Thank you for standing with my Ukraine, Will! Actually you can control the volume of every sound separately in Options tab -> Sounds -> Background sound, Phase transition sound and Metronome sections.
