I assume the app works excellent. However, it's blatantly absurd to require a loyal consumer (who chose to do business with your company) to have a membership with annual fees included in the bill. No disrespect to Alabama farmers but if I wanted to financially contribute to them, I'm capable of doing so without the guidance of an insurance company. Perhaps, more focus should be directed at how to lower costs & fees for long term patrons.

Abenity does not charge you any membership fees. Thus, if you wish to share your concerns about fees, we would suggest that you contact Alabama Farmers Federation directly.
