I really like Hollister products, especially the jeans. I have no issues browsing the app or locating items I'm looking for. The one issue I always seem to have is during the checkout process. It always gets stuck and takes so long to load and most of the time I can't even checkout. I have to browse on my phone/tablet, leave the items in my cart and proceed the checkout from a desktop computer. *the app recently updated and this problem still exists for me*

I have been using the app for a while now. I had a great experience never had any trouble on anything but recently the app is getting so irritating every time when I try to check out & want to see the near pick up locations it doesn't let me do anything app gets freeze. I have been trying to for a couple of days but the same thing kept on doing other than the app is great.

You have faster access to the deals! Literally can just hop on and see the sales available that you wouldnt see at the store or at other coupon websites. Sometimes there are glitches when I am choosing the In-store pickup option and it takes awhile to load. And I find it odd that everytime I'm on my Saves page, it always redirects me back to the top so I have to scroll scroll scroll down to where I was before and that's annoying Other than that, great app.
