The interactive structure of a app will make you feel live with the app. All exercises and sessions in the app can be customized according to your requirement and physical fitness. The exercise/sessions are designed to meet the needs of people of all age groups. The app provides you with the following exercises/sessions.
1. Cardio Workout Session - This session provides you with a group of cardio vascular exercises. Cardio vascular exercises are beneficial for loosing weight, strengthening heart and lungs, increasing bone density, reducing stress, reducing risk of heart disease and some types of cancer, relieving depression and anxiety & better sleep.
Cardio workout can be done in six modes:-
a. Difficult - This mode of cardio exercise is designed for professional players and sports person to excel on their fitness levels.
b.Medium - This mode of cardio exercise is designed for people who loves to keep their body fit with intermediate level of difficulty.
c. Easy - This mode of cardio exercise is designed for small kids and old age people to let them keep their body fit.
d. Custom - This mode lets u customize the whole set of cardio exercises according to your own fitness level if none of the predefined modes suits the workout requirement of your body.
e. Individual exercise - This mode allows you to choose any one cardio workout exercise if all exercises in cardio workout set does not suit the requirement of your body.
f. View - This mode allows you to view all cardio workout exercises before starting any session.
2. Abs Workout Session - This session provides you with a group of abs workout exercises. Abs workout is beneficial to loose belly fat and reducing body weight.
Abs workout can be done in four modes:-
a. Default mode- This mode allows you to do abs workout and training in default mode with predefined time and sets.
b. Custom - This mode allows you to customize abs workout and training according your body requirement and fitness levels.
c. Individual exercise- This mode allows you to choose a specific exercise in abs workout exercise set which suits your body requirement.
d. View- In this mode you can see different exercises present in abs workout session.
3. Yoga (Surya Namaskar) Session - This session provides you with the 12 postures of Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar is beneficial for emotional health, circulation of blood throughout the body ,heart, liver, intestine, stomach, chest, throat, legs etc.

Surya Namaskar (Yoga) can be done in two modes:-
a. Default - In this mode you can do Surya Namaskar (Yoga) with default time set for a particular posture with default number of predefined sets.
b. Custom - In this mode you can set time and repetitions for Surya Namaskar (Yoga) that meets your requirement and fitness level.
