works somewhat. but 85% of the catalog is out of stock. they have products under the wrong name and not grouped with like products, different products have the same name, so I never know which will come in. not organized at all. as an ordering app it's only right about 45% of the time. as a tool, the concept is amazing, however the application does not work.

I would give your app a -0-. We have three people in our business that try to place orders with this app. We have been booted out of this system way too many times ! It absolutely sucks! Doll Distribution needs to go back to having their employee take our order. As of the last two weeks, this app doesn't work on my phone anymore and no one seems to get back to me. As far as a computer technician

It's easier than the website for Harbor BUT as someone else said, it is annoying to get a push notification that you left things in your cart when actually the order WAS submitted sometimes days before. That could be a useful feature if it was accurate, because on occasion I have forgotten to actually send the order. But since it literally ALWAYS says that, I ignore it. It seems more like a spam message then anything else.
