So far, so good Had no trouble downloading or registering. If you have the app suggest a plan, it seems to assume you eat a lot of sugar (real or fake). Go back to the main screen and select a different diet. Mediterranean or glycemic diet seem to be better. We'll see how it pans out. I know I'll have to make changes to the meals as I go. I don't do grains so I have to sub high fiber starchy vegetables as my carb.
Good idea Good idea, terrible execution. It says to have 2 cups of coffee or tea in the morning with no fat creamer and artificial sweetener to help break the sugar addiction. Except I quit caffeine and sugar a long time ago. Needs more personalisation. I'll happily redownload once its been improved because its an excellent idea!
This is the second time I install this app as I loved the concept. However, I managed to register, BUT when I tried to create my profile so the app can offer me a diet plan there was no metric system. Please add one when you update next as this practically makes the app useless for me. Also, I somehow cannot find where I can input a personal diet plan so I can follow it easier
Good for less cash flow I love diet apps that give me options but a set menu at the same time. Time will tell if it works for me but still. The app is great I love the multiple diet options, I love the layout but most of all I love that this app takes into consideration salary of the dieter! As a low income earner some diets get ridiculously expensive so this was great
Removed After having to reset me info for the third time I uninstalled. The recipes are also not that affordable or good. All of the artificial sugar isn't good for you and fat free isn't any better either. Less processed suggestions would be good.
The app is a great idea however it doesn't consider those who have any allergies. I am allergic to gluten and as much as I would love to follow the suggested diet I can't because I am allergic to the meals.
