the bank is a scam and very useless they don't allow customers to send money out and they can accept money into the account,the only thing that work on the app is airtime. I have a balance of 1,000 naira there and their customer service is telling me that I can't use the money because I have leave a minimum of 1k in my account

very frustrating and disappointing.spend hours trying to open app that won't open.spent two days or more trying to make transfer without success. Atm card doesn't work in POS and refused to pay with ATM machine. Very very discouraging.im now scared of telling customers to pay into the account bcos I can't withdraw when I want

This is the most useless app ,I have seen , imagine ask for house address proof before you can with and after adding it ,then still refuse to make me withdraw my money,buh una no ask for address before accepting transactions abi you people better let me withdraw my money
