Useless on double SIM card mobile I cannot verify my device and hence, cannot use the App at all. After I introduce the codes with the edentifier, I get the message ' Unfortunately, Bankieren has stopped'. This has been happening for quite some time,but now I just cannot use the app. Around a month ago the people from my ABN-AMRO office told me that it was due to my telephone having dual-sim and that it would be fixed "soon"... EDIT: Since I posted originally a few months ago, still nothing has changed and cannot use the app. Really bad.
Keeps hanging on Nexus 5x It used to run perfectly fine but a few days ago, it didn't allow me to press anything on the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled again. But now it doesn't even allow me to select the language. Any help?
App freezes/Keyboard is not responding Guys, something went completely wrong with latest release... can't do anything with application( The keyboard to input the pin to enter the app doesn't work(( fix it please ASAP. Thanks. UPDATE: after a lot of app kill and restart the app started working again. According to other reviews in Google play I'm not the one who faced this problem. Please deliver this feedback (or any other like this) to your app developers. It's important, investigation is required! Thanks a lot!
It often crashes It's full of bugs and there's a really annoying one that even bugs my phone. Then I must restart my device to be able to start the app...
UPD: the app started to work again this morning even without an update. I suppose either my phone got some caches cleared or there was a server-side issue fixed. On this note - I really love this app and it makes managing personal finances a breeze. Older version of review: As many reviewers mentioned, after the last update login screen freezes and no code can be entered. This is definitely NOT related to any "Blue light filter", I don't have and never had such app. Please fix ASAP. I'll gladly change the review score to 5* once this problem is fixed; I love the app and use it daily. Phone model: OnePlus One
Fix the problem/answer in client's language. As it was describe before in comments, the app does not allow you to press on anything, to dial a code or look for info. It is app problem, you cannot fix this by phone, so please do not give me a number I already know. Please answer to the question in the language of your client.
• The acceptgiro scanner now also enters the recipient's name if it is already in your address book.
• This is useful, because now you can even search in your credit card payments.
• A few functional improvements and bugfixes.
