I love the app before very useful but now I can not log in anymore. it just said an error occured eveytime try to log in or try forget password it is the same. i tried creating another account but it will not send OTP.

The app works fine, but the payment channel (such as QR Ph) is not functioning properly. I have already coordinated with both the bank and your team regarding this issue. This is not caused by any mistake on my end, but unfortunately, the resolution may take more than a month. Please ensure that your online payment channels are regularly monitored and maintained.

Kudos to the management team, developer and personnel behind the creation and update to this app. It has improved a lot! It's more convenient to pay now that it has QR, ewallet and bank support. The payments are now realtime posted as well. Awesome!
