i dont understand whenever this app undergoes maintenance it automatically logs out my account. When i open it, it will take forever to log in bc it keeps getting error. I am 100% sure I have and made an account in this app but when i enter my acc, it always says error and i dont why bc you just underwent maintence. it's suppose to be working fine but it is wasting my time!!!!!! what is wrong with this app.

5 stars because this app is very useful for all citizens in davao city. No need to go out to wait our bills or pay our bills. But sometimes the app have a crashing habit and log in error sometimes.. Need to look deep and resolve it properly.

So slow when logging in. Even on clearing cache and everything. It seems that the problem is your End Point saying Gateway Timeout
