It was working fine several days ago. Was able to check my latest bill. Now, with the upgraded app, my email address is not recognized anymore, even to change the password. How frustrating to have logging issues just for me to check the bill! It's wasting a lot of time!

This app has been a pain and I just installed the latest update but to my dismay it always prompt that I have an outdated version. But I've already installed the most current version to both of my phones but to no avail - worst is that both phones are getting the same prompt. Very very strange.

This app is not working. Takes time to load when you open the app, the gear icon keeps loading. After getting the log in screen, it gives an error "unexpected error happened on DB". I even close the app and use my mobile data, I am just getting the same error. Reinstalled the app but just getting the same error.
