Incredibly slow app. Great feature set, but unreliable when you need it the most. it's worse if you're in an emergency and you're on 3G internet. Don't even bother. Even on LTE or Starlink, takes forever to get to the login screen, and it takes too long to do transactions. best option is probably to get a debit/credit card. those are much faster. Not sure which is worse, restarting this app several times or turning into a pilot on the Telecel network.

It has become impossible to login to my personal account. Any time I try to login, it gives me feedback saying incorrect username or password. when I try to reset my password too, the app tells me the procedure is currently not available so I should contact customer support. I have tried several times but the issue is still there. I tried opening the app today but it refused to open. what's going on........

App was constantly crashing anytime I wanted to do bank to telecel wallet transaction. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I cannot set as primary because the app crashes anytime I select my ID preference. I don't even get the chance to enter the ID number. I am very disappointed in ABSA. I am switching bank to Fidelity bank.
