I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

The app is so stressful. I have a payment to make, I'm online but why is it telling me that I have no active account? This app was good but the fact that it crashes every few hours, it reduces the app's credibility and reliability. This is because, I might one day get stuck just because I can't access my account.

this app keeps hanging at startup on my samsung a32. keeps crashing. has embarassed me multiple times at stores when i can't have access to my money. it can't even detect that i am online and i have to turn wifi/mobile off then on for it to detect i am offline. also extremely slow. i am leaving absa bank because of this amongst other inconsistencies. not reliable
