6 MONTHS!!!😆💗 I started this app 6 months ago! I finished all levels from beginner 1 to advanced 2 and today was my last day. I'm so happy with myself and I've definitely lost weight but more important I have so much more confidence. It's become a habit of mine to do this everyday.I don't know how I lived without it! Thank you for the experience💗
3/5 I did the beginner level and felt like I couldn't believe how fast it increased my daily sit-up requirements. After day 7 I had to delegate to myself to divide the number of sit-ups into sets. It would be great if in the future the app was more interactive and intuitive about my progress
This app has the potential to be great. I've found that the beginner challenge is just the same as a pair challenge I had over ten years ago. With all the different exercises this one has available in the app, I would've thought it would be more variety. Instead, is the same 4 boring exercises (sits ups, crunches, leg raises and plank) over and over each day. The beginner class only really works the lower and upper abdominals, when a more effective workout would incorporate obliques and other areas as you progress. The instructions also could use some work. I think with either customizability (you choose the exercises and then it calculates the number you should do) or variety (change up the exercises within each program), this app can be great! Until then, 2.5 stars.
I love this. I'm not only on day 27 of Beginner Level 1 and I'm already seeing results. A quick tip. It's impossible to do 130 sit ups in one set, so break it down, and you'll be fine. I'm so glad I discovered this app. As for ads, they only pop up when you save your progress for the day. And that's it. Really easy to manage. I love it!
This app has so much potential. It would be better if the daily work outs had variety instead of the same 4 workouts each day. Most 30 day challenges mix it up so you can work different parts of the abs. 8 days in and I have seen some progress in that I can get more reps in before I get tired. I also wish it didn't increase by 5 each day. Smaller levels would be better especially in the 2 beginner sections.
So if you're looking for something that isn't all crazy and confusing, but effective, this is your app. Personally I'm on the skinnier side, so I'm using it not to lose weight but to show the muscle I have and I'm already seeing my abs peak (I'm only 3 weeks in of Level 1 Intermediate). The difference is amazing and there's only ONE ad per day I use this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE
