Very bad app experience. The authentication barely works, not sure why they haven't fixed it with all these bad reviews saying the same thing. Update: lowering the rating even more cause i couldn't return the bike, due to an error with their system. Ruined my whole day and plans for the next day. Their emergency helpline is not really an emergency one if it closes at 6pm.

Trying to report a fault crashes the app, trying to contact support crashes the app. Returning the bike gave me an error and I had to spend 15 minutes with customer service to resolve it. I submitted a fault report and got an email titled "Gears not working and licking on wheel too tight", I have no idea what this means, yes it said licking.

Avoid. Service is a complete pain to use. App is slow and glitchy and I found unfolding instructions to be unclear. But the docks take the biscuit. Appallingly slow operating system (ex. three second lag on keypad when entering code), and on-screen instructions not clear. Returning the bike was a complete shambles - bike "didn't scan", and support via (very slow) live chat insinuated that I may not have closed the door (I did). Rented and returned Thursday, still not confirmed today Sunday.
