Terrible app and service. 0 stars. The app wouldn't let me scan the QR code to release the bike for over 20 minutes, and kept loading the screen. Similar when I tried returning the bike, app wouldn't let me scan the QR, ended up logging me out and not letting me log back in. Customer support was great, they fixed my issues the next day over the phone and refunded the excess. The bikes themselves are amazing, but don't see myself using the app or hire service again.

OK, so very faulty, to the point that I will return the bike, and it will say that I haven't returned the bike. So then my account gets suspended because of a technical error. SERIOUS bug fixes needed! Update: account has been locked for months now, despite being told by service team it would be fixed weeks ago

The bikes are great. The customer service on the phone is great. The app/docks are ******** terrible. If there is a problem with the dock door or the bike itself, be prepared to be standing around for an hour while you try to return the bike and get another, because it takes ages for the docks/app to register that you've taken the bike (or returned it), during which time you can't book to return (or hire a replacement). Massive inconvenience to me several times now.
