What's going on? Been trying to access this app on and off all day today to report a missed recycling pickup yesterday. Every time I try to open the app it tells me "whoops, something went wrong". I hit "retry" several times but it will not open. I have been using this app for at least 2 years now and it normally works just fine. I'll try again tomorrow. Update 12/14/21: I uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. Same result...it would not open!

I've never had a problem with the app. And the recent update is really clean and organized. I only wish that tracking progress on requests was still a feature. Every request - whether completed or not - is shown as "open". Before the update it would show whether it was in-progress or completed/closed. Just a minor detail I miss.

Hello and thank you for the feedback! If you go into the menu bar in the upper left, you'll see an option for 'Track Requests'. This will display the current status of any request you submit and you can click into each request for more details!

6 months now cant use this app, you need to fire whom ever is the system administrator. They are doing a horrible job, 6 months app does not connect no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall. App says something went wrong, will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error message. This is a city app, someone needs to fix this, it's how our city services are provided.
