The app makes it easier to communicate with Durham Govt. I would recommend the app be changed to allow me to store account numbers, such as my water account number, and my name, address, and telephone number because it is a pain to re-enter these every time I need to send a request such as a missed waste collection.

Will not let me sign in. Says the email account is not verified and to check my email. I have signed in several times before and there is nothing to verify the account in my email.

The app no longer works. "Whoops, something went wrong" is displayed when attempting to open the app. Highly usable before this though.
